Photo Polymer signs utilize a photo-etching process to provide brilliant reproduction of logos and custom artwork. Etched photo polymer is 1/16" or 1/8" thick single piece construction. Text and Braille are raised .040" - above the minimum 1/32" required by ADA guidelines. The sign is coated with an acrylic polyurethane paint, then the raised portion is hot stamped or silk screened a custom color if it is not available in foil. Finally, a clear satin urethane is applied to sign for maximum protection. Photo polymer is the best choice for more intricately detailed logo reproductions.
