Cast Aluminum, Bronze, and Brass Letters & Logos
Casting metal letters and logos saves on metal because the
actual metal thickness is reduced to a fraction of what it would be if the
letters were solid. This, in turn, allows the letters to appear very
substantial, when in fact they are hollow on the back side. The good news for
you is that this also saves on the cost of the metal letters. All retrievable
metal is recycled to keep material costs as low as possible.
Visigraph will work with your company to choose the typeface
and finishes or colors to make your facility stand out. If you have a photo of
your building with the approximate dimensions, email it to us and let us show
you how it would appear with cast letters on it.

Water-jet or Router Cut Letters
This is a great option where depth is less of an issue. Most
materials used for this type of sign, including wood, various metals, stone,
and plastic are less than 1" in depth. One of the biggest advantages to using
routers or water-jet cutters is that you can do 1 or 2 of your logo without
having to make a mold as you would with the casting process.
With our 50,000 psi waterjet or our high speed precision
routers, you need simply to fax or email your logo and typestyle to us and let
us do the rest. Installation patterns come standard with our letters and logos.

Formed Plastic Letters & Logos
CAB Plastic (Cellulose Acetate Butyrate for those of you who
must know) is an attractive and durable plastic that maintains its color
without fading. This plastic is so durable that we warranty it against
chipping, cracking, or fading for as long as you are in the facility that the
letters are installed on.* Visigraph will replace any letter free of charge if
you are not satisfied that it looks as good as the day it was installed.
Visigraph will work with your company to choose the typeface
and colors to make your facility stand out. If you have a photo of your
building with the approximate dimensions, email it to us and let us show you
how it would appear with Formed CAB Plastic Letters on it.
Custom logos and typestyles are available, although we have
over 80 standard typestyles available.
*Acts of God, acts of war, and vandalism are not included.

Cast Metal Plaques
Metal casting has been an art for thousands of years, but with
improvements in technology we are now able to make some very detailed castings.
From small letters to quasi-photographic images, we've come a long way in the
art of plaque casting. Visigraph can take your two-dimensional photo and
transform it into a three-dimensional plaque made from the purest aluminum or
bronze alloys. And we can do it in just 10 working days!*
Cast metal plaques are available in aluminum and bronze. We use
5052 aluminum ingots in casting aluminum plaques. Plaque faces are
stroke-sanded with baked enamel backgrounds before being clear-coated and
oven-baked with a two part acrylic polyurethane finish. Prime Bronze ingots
(Alloy 220 - lead and mercury free) are used for our Cast Bronze Plaques. We
also stroke-sand the faces with baked enamel backgrounds before clear-coating
and oven-baking them with a two part acrylic polyurethane finish.
*From date of design approval.
